To make it easy to process and evaluate the output products
from our energy and water balance monitoring system, we have developed five
'analysis tools'.

1 - ImageShow - for displaying our products as quantitative, spatially
continuous maps. Includes functionality like scaling, zoom, histogram, boundary
overlay, save as bitmap, display legend and creating a scatter plot using a second input
map. ImageShow can be downloaded, together with a couple of sample products, in
the sample download section.
2 - SUM - performs all kinds of arithmetical operations on series of maps
or single maps. These include subtracting, accumulation, averaging, multiplying,
dividing and increasing the integration period of a series of maps (e.g. from
decadal to monthly products).
3 - TimeGraph - produces temporal distribution graphs of pixel values for a
given location for a series of maps. Output can be saved as an ASCII file
4 - PolygonAveraging - calculates country, provincial or county averages for
energy and water balance monitoring system output products. Generates
statistical output as well as a digital map. A country, province or county polygon map
should be available as secondary input. A landuse map can be included in order
to in- or exclude certain landuse classes in the calculation of the average
values.
5- LevelSlicing - ranges of digital numbers can be changed in single values. In
this way a spatially continuous map can be transformed into a categorical map or
a zoning map.
